Quotinc enables user to create a quotation seamlessly with collaboration tools between the user, their management and their suppliers. Users will be able to request their supplier to quote for a specific travel request directly into the system, minimizing human error and processing time. When the quotation is ready, the user will be able to generate Powerpoint document, Excel document and URL link for the client. The client then will be able to review, comments and accept the offer inside the system.
Other than quotation function, Quotinc also provides Task Management feature where an organization will be able to delegate tasks and monitor other team members on the projects that they are working on.
